Note to First Time Guests: In addition to the zafu pillows to sit (pictured above) we have some kneeling benches and regular chairs available you are welcome to use.  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays–EDZC is open for noon sittings for 40 minutes; note some Fridays are Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditations; Sunday programs, Winter Practice Period, Half-Day Sitting Schedules, and other special programs are as indicated below.

9:30 AM to 1:00 PM   Concluding Practice Period 
Half-Day Sitting with Guided Meditation, Chanting the Heart Sutra, Lighting of Incense, and a summary discussion with Tea and Mochi.

NOTE:   The Zendo is also open each Monday, Wednesday & Friday for Silent Meditation from 12 PM to 12:45 PM

April  2 (Sunday)
8:45 AM  Introduction to Meditation
9:30 AM  Meditation followed by Dharma Inquiry Talk continuing forward from our Practice Period: Staying Steady in Difficult Times.

April  7 (Friday)
Noon to 12:45 PM   Guided Metta Meditation at our noon sitting.

April 9 ( Sunday)
9:30 AM Meditation followed by Discussion of our Inquiry topic, led by Practice Leaders. 

April 16 ( Sunday)
9:30 AM A Half-Day Sitting focusing on Stillness Meditation i
ncluding a Guided Meditation, chanting the Heart Sutra, followed by Tea and Conversation.

April 21 (Friday)
Noon to 12:45 PM   Guided Metta Meditation 
at our noon sitting. 

April 23  (Sunday)
9:30 AM Meditation, followed by a 
Way Practicing Mind talk by Gary Merrill.

April 30 (Sunday)
9:30 AM Guided Meditation, followed by comments and chanting the Heart Sutra;
tea  with a Leaders Council meeting to conclude.
